01Biography
A life built on trade and trust.
Md Abdullah Al Mahmood is the President of HS Group, a family of companies operating in both Bangladesh and the United States of America. Under his leadership the group includes HS Corporation in Dhaka, HS Global Inc and SN Global LLC in New York, and Xcellence Printing Inc — known to its customers as PryntMart.
His roots are in Bangladesh's trading and textile sector, where HS Corporation supplies cotton, yarn and spinning parts through indenting, import and export. That experience carried the group to New York, where it now buys, sells and supplies goods internationally, locally and wholesale.
Alongside business he has given years of service to industry and community — as Vice President of the Bangladesh Cotton Association, a Director of the Bangladesh Indenting Agents' Association, a member of the FBCCI, and through nearly a decade of Rotary leadership that rose to District Lieutenant Governor.
